We have warehouses located in the United States, South America, Europe and China and will have items produced and sent out from wherever inventory is most accessible and convenient to the order's destination.

How Long Do I Have To Be Able To Cancel Or Make Changes To An Order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes with your order, it is your responsibility to contact us the same day the order is placed.

We process all orders for shipment the very next business day and it may be impossible to cancel or make any changes once it has undergone this process. 

We cannot guarantee any cancellation or changes to your order if you contact us any time beyond the same day you have placed your order. 

It also your responsibility to ensure you enter your shipping and billing information correctly. We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to a mistake in the shipping address. We have a 30 day return policy from the date of which your item is received according to the tracking information and will only accept the item in unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and if you were charged for shipping at the time of order, this will also be deducted from total amount of your refund.

We will issue out refunds to customers who want to return items (at the cost of shipping), if the item arrives damaged/defective, or if the item is never received.
